Why is your fee so low? What is the catch?

Honestly there is no catch; the goal of Recruit15 is to partner with our clients for the long term.  Clients acquire more for their money with Recruit15.  True we have to work more than other recruiters for the same revenue, but that’s the idea and a core part of our business model.  We are a relationships first business.

How do you find your people?

Everywhere, we leave no stone unturned.  We work with our clients to gain a solid understanding of their needs; we ask both the technical questions and work environment questions relating to why someone would want to work with your company.

Can I sign an exclusive agreement to guarantee my fee will not go up?

Your fee will never increase, exclusive agreement or not.  We do ask for a two-week lead time if you use other Recruiters.  For larger needs we have contract recruiting options on an hourly billable rate.

What is your replacement Guarantee?

All placements come with a liberal guarantee.  Please look under our Fee Structure menu tab for a pricing and guarantee schedule.

Do you place temporaries?

We have services that range from direct hire, contract to hire and pure contract (temporary) work.  In some instances we also offer outsourced project work.  Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
