The process After meeting with the client Recruit15 identified that client had received many resumes with Contract Administration experience but none particular to their industry.  Being overwhelmed with the number of resumes recieved the turned to R15 to take over with filtering, sourcing and screening the top 3 canddiates to interview.  The solution, filtered scores of resumes down to three candidates for submital, all three obtaining interviews; returned two for final interviews.  Client suggested to hire one of the candidates, made offer and was accepted.

The process Meeting to find out how we could help streamline the clients process from five agencies spamming resumes to a true recruiting partner.  All firms had fees of no lower than 25%, yet they were giving no true service.  Identified five possible candidates and narrowed down to two. Client interviewed both and sent offers to both, one position Sr. Product Rep and Product Rep.
